This year Sacramento had a pretty good turn out. I would say about 70 riders showed up ready shred the gnarly rails that were set up. Rails included: mini G, olli on with kicker, Slant box, Rollercoaster, Ollie on A frame and a C box. Some of the big names that showed up from Washington were Isaac Thomas, Richard Docter, Blake Zimmerman, Logan Davidson, and Tim. John Minns and Tim Pepper were the notables from Canada. Then me from Utah! There was also a crew from Yuba City that came down to attend the comp

The comp was divided up by kids 12 and under, intermediate class, and the Pro division. The pro class this year was off the hook. Morgan Just and Brandon Rothe even attended this year. Rothe bruised his heel pretty bad that sent him out of comp and Morgan made it to the semi finals before being eliminated. There was so many people in the pro division they had to divide it up into 5 different pro heats. They only took the top two from each heat each heat having around 7 people. So it really was the best of the best. In the finals were Matt Rattoni, Isaac Thomas, Blake Zimmerman, Ryan Newby, Zack Hooker, Richard Docter, John Minns, Tim Ladner, Tim pepper, and maybe a couple others. Matt head was killin it, Issac Thomas as well, Blake for only being sixteen and riding in the finals pro was holding his own. Ryan Newby was killin it and doing the most original tricks. Richard Docter had such smooth style and Tim pepper was sticking lots a big tricks, but a deep gash on his toe that he got in the finals sent him to the ER. Keep in mind all these riders had to ride back to back heats so they had to be worn out by the end of there heats. The heats were aout 4 to 5 min but the final round ended up being around 10 minutes.
